Refund Policy


As makers, we pay attention to the details. We pride ourselves in making products to the highest standards. We would like all of our customers to be pleased with their purchase. With that said, we understand problems may arise. We strive for a problem-free refund or exchange (less shipping and handling) should you, for any reason, be less than 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Returns: 
If the product you purchased is not what you expected, please return it to us for a refund. The product must be returned unworn, within 14 days from the date of purchase (no scuff marks – please walk on a carpeted area when trying on our footwear). Return shipping costs will be covered by Lanona.

A full refund of the purchase price, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us via email - sales@lanona.co of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

Exchanges: 
If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different style or size, simply follow these instructions:

Contact Lanona through our contact form to notify of an exchange

Place a new order on our website for the shoes that you want. This will get your new shoes shipped fast, while we process your returned shoes that weren't quite right.

When placing your order, enter the free shipping Promotional Code (given to you by our customer service) on the Checkout page and we will waive the shipping & handling charge. Your credit card will be charged for this new order.

Follow the steps above to return the shoes that you would like to exchange.

Integrity Guarantee: 
We take pride in every pair of shoes that we make. Therefore, all Lanona products are guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects. We call this our Integrity Guarantee, because we want to ensure the integrity of our products and business practice. But, it should be noted, Lanona does not guarantee wear and tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.

If you find that your shoes are defective beyond normal wear and tear, simply follow these instructions to contact our Customer Service department to request a Return Authorization Number.

Please send us an email through our lanona.co website and we will help you satisfactorily resolve the problem. In the email, describe the problem you have experienced. Make sure to include:

Address 
Daytime Phone Number 
Style Name (for example: Women's Moc) 
Date Purchased 

You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the merchandise back to us.

A member of our Quality Assurance Team will determine if your shoes are defective. If so, a replacement pair will be sent to you. Please note that we reserve the right to send you a similar style if the one you return is no longer in stock. If your shoes are not defective, we will return them to you as soon as possible. We do our best to respond within 2 weeks after receiving your shoes.
